السياسة دي بتشرح البيانات اللي بتتجمع لما تستخدم ألعاب الشلة (الأبلكيشن والموقع elshella.cantaloupepro.com) من Cantaloupe Production، وبنستخدمها في إيه.

اللعب من غير حساب

تقدر تلعب كل الألعاب من غير ما تعمل حساب، ومن غير ما تدّينا اسمك الحقيقي أو إيميلك أو رقمك.

لو عملت حساب (اختياري)

الحساب محتاجينه بس للصحاب والدعاوي (ولاحقًا المشتريات). بتسجّل دخول بجوجل أو أبل، وبنحفظ:

• معرّف حسابك عند جوجل أو أبل (رقم بيبعتهولنا عشان نعرفك المرة الجاية). مش بنحفظ إيميلك ولا صورتك.
• اسم العرض والإيموجي اللي بتختارهم (أول مرة بناخد اسمك الأول من جوجل أو أبل، وتقدر تغيّره). صحابك بس اللي بيشوفوهم.
• كود الصحاب، وقايمة صحابك وطلبات الصداقة، والناس اللي عاملهم بلوك.
• آخر مرة كنت أونلاين واللعبة اللي بتلعبها، وبتظهر لصحابك بس.
• الدعاوي اللي بتبعتها أو بتوصلك (مين بعت، ولأنهي أوضة)، وبتتمسح بعد 30 دقيقة.
• البلاغات اللي بتبعتها عن حد، عشان نراجعها.

تقدر تمسح حسابك في أي وقت من «حسابي ← إعدادات الحساب ← امسح حسابي»، وده بيمسح كل البيانات اللي فوق على طول.

البيانات اللي بتفضل على موبايلك

• أسامي اللاعبين اللي بتكتبها، والفرق، واللعبة اللي شغالة، واختياراتك زي اللغة. دي بتتحفظ على جهازك بس ومش بتتبعتلنا.

البيانات اللي بتوصلنا

• إحصائيات استخدام من غير هوية: رقم عشوائي بيتعمل على جهازك (مش مربوط باسمك أو بأي حساب)، ونوع اللعبة، وطريقة اللعب، وعدد اللاعبين، ومدة الجيم، والفئات اللي اخترتوها، ولغة اللعبة، ونوع الجهاز (أندرويد/آيفون/متصفح)، والبلد التقريبي. بنستخدمها عشان نعرف أنهي ألعاب بتتلعب ونحسّنها.
• الأوض الأونلاين: لما تلعب «كل واحد بموبايله»، الاسم والصورة اللي بتختارهم، والرسايل والتخمينات والرسم بيتبعتوا لسيرفر الأوضة عشان يوصلوا لصحابك اللي في نفس الأوضة. الأوضة بتتمسح لوحدها بعد ما الناس تسيبها (في خلال 24 ساعة على الأكتر).

الإعلانات (أبلكيشن الأندرويد)

الأبلكيشن بيعرض إعلانات من Google AdMob. جوجل ممكن تجمع معرّف الإعلانات بتاع جهازك، وعنوان الـ IP، ومعلومات عن الجهاز، عشان تعرض الإعلانات وتقيسها. ده بيحصل حسب سياسة خصوصية جوجل وإزاي جوجل بتستخدم البيانات. في أوروبا والمملكة المتحدة بنطلب موافقتك الأول. تقدر تعيد ضبط معرّف الإعلانات أو تقفل الإعلانات المخصصة من إعدادات جهازك.

الموقع نفسه مفيهوش إعلانات.

مين بيستضيف البيانات

السيرفرات والموقع على Cloudflare، والدخول بيتم عن طريق Google أو Apple. إحنا مش بنبيع بياناتك لحد، ومش بنشاركها غير مع الخدمات اللي فوق عشان اللعبة تشتغل.

الأطفال

الألعاب معمولة للشباب والكبار ومش موجهة للأطفال تحت 13 سنة، ومش بنجمع بيانات شخصية عن الأطفال عن قصد.

الأمان والاحتفاظ بالبيانات

كل البيانات بتتنقل مشفّرة (HTTPS). الإحصائيات بنحتفظ بيها عشان نشوف الأرقام على مدى الوقت، وهي أصلًا مش مربوطة بشخص.

حقوقك

تقدر تمسح كل بيانات اللعبة من جهازك بمسح الأبلكيشن أو بيانات الموقع من المتصفح. ولو عندك حساب تقدر تمسحه من جوه اللعبة. ولو عايز تسأل عن بياناتك أو تطلب مسحها، ابعتلنا على الإيميل اللي تحت.

التغييرات

لو غيّرنا السياسة دي هنحدّث التاريخ اللي فوق. لما نضيف حاجات جديدة زي المشتريات، هنوضّح هنا البيانات اللي بتتجمع ليها قبل ما تشتغل.

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data is collected when you use El Shella Games (ألعاب الشلة) — the app and the website elshella.cantaloupepro.com — by Cantaloupe Production, and how it is used.

Playing without an account

All games can be played without an account and without giving us your real name, email or phone number.

If you create an account (optional)

An account is only needed for friends and invites (and, later, purchases). You sign in with Google or Apple, and we store:

• Your Google or Apple account identifier (an ID they send us so we recognise you next time). We do not store your email address or photo.
• The display name and emoji you choose (the first time we take your first name from Google or Apple; you can change it). Only your friends see them.
• Your friend code, your friends list and friend requests, and the people you have blocked.
• When you were last online and which game you are playing, shown only to your friends.
• Invites you send or receive (who sent it and for which room), deleted after 30 minutes.
• Reports you send about another player, so we can review them.

You can delete your account at any time from "Account → Account settings → Delete my account", which removes all of the above immediately.

Data that stays on your device

• Player and team names you type, the game in progress, and preferences such as language are stored only on your device and are not sent to us.

Data we receive

• Anonymous usage statistics: a random ID created on your device (not linked to your name or any account), the game played, play mode, number of players, game length, chosen categories, app language, platform (Android / iOS / web) and approximate country. We use these to understand which games are played and to improve them.
• Online rooms: when you play "everyone on their phone", the name and avatar you pick, plus your messages, guesses and drawings, are sent to the room server so your friends in the same room can see them. Rooms are deleted automatically after everyone leaves (within 24 hours at most).

Advertising (Android app)

The app shows ads from Google AdMob. Google may collect your device's advertising ID, IP address and device information to show and measure ads, as described in Google's Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services. Users in the EEA and UK are asked for consent first. You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalised ads in your device settings.

The website itself shows no ads.

Hosting and sharing

Our servers and website run on Cloudflare; sign-in is handled by Google or Apple. We do not sell your data and only share it with the services above so the games work.

Children

The games are made for teens and adults and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Security and retention

All data is sent encrypted (HTTPS). Usage statistics are kept to follow trends over time; they are not linked to any person.

Your choices

You can remove all game data from your device by uninstalling the app or clearing the website's data in your browser. If you have an account you can delete it inside the app. To ask about your data or request its deletion, email us at the address below.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above. Before adding features such as purchases, we will describe here the data they use.
